Actually the staff were very kind and helpful, for us the location was also okey ( Golden Gate bridge, fisherman's wharf and downtown is close with bus and the bus station only 20-30 meter.

Hotel was better than expected. Ofcourse its a motel but we arrived at Midnight and got someone to help us out quick and friendly.elevator is rather small with luggage but at least there. We had a big nice bed and a minifridge to help us out for some cold drinks whenever we felt like it. Bathroom was fine. Location was perfect for us with public transport very close and if you feel like it, pier 39 van be walked

I didn't have big expectations but I really loved my stay here! The bed was big and so comfortable. The heating was not too loud to bother me while sleeping, so I had perfect temperature. The price was very good, location is perfect. The noise of the street wasn't loud in my room either.
